2. PERSONNEL AND TRAINING
Our security staff in Bangladesh is led by an Expatriate Team
with the Local Senior Management staff comprised of self-motivated, diligent and well-disciplined personnel and
majority of them are Ex-service Commissioned & Non
Commissioned Officers. AB Securitas security personnel have
been given a comprehensive Training upon their recruitment
on the following areas other than on the General Duties of
security personnel:
a. Categories of Training: Basic Static, Advance, Special and Elite Training.
b. Fire: Types of fire, First Aid, Fire Appliances (FAFA) and practical firefighting.
c. Explosives: How to identify explosives, Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) and action
to be taken on detection including before and after an Explosion.
d. Public Relations First Aid: Qualified staffs are equipped for First Aid
e. Security Equipment: Use of metal detectors (Hand Held / Walk Through) and other electronic
Security equipment such as CCTV systems including service support, Intelligent Alarm
System, Theft Alarm, Invisible Ray Detection System etc.
f. Facility: Trained staffs with an experience of 31 years. Skilled staffs are imparting training.
3. MONITORING SYSTEM
A Visiting Security Officer (Field Officer) appointed to a cluster of sites / security personnel is responsible
for visiting the site a minimum of 5 days a week during the day and one night visit.
The entire Operation Teams/s is contactable over the Mobile phones 24 hours of the day.
A Night Duty Officer will contact the site /s from time to time to ensure smooth functioning of the site.
4. SERVICE SUPPORT
We provide following services absolutely free of charge:
a. A fire inspection and a fire report of the site by a qualified fire instructor.
b. A fire drill for security personnel and client’s staff.
c. A fire certificate.
d. One year free service for CCTV System ( After installation).
e. Essential self-guard and weather equipment.
5. INSURANCE COVERAGE, TAXES AND OTHER STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS
AB Securitas Bangladesh
will furnish Public Liability Insurance for a sum of BDT 5,000,000 (Fifty Lacs) to compensate for any loss
or damage/s caused to the property of the client due to the negligence of our security personnel
deployed at the site. All security personnel deployed at site shall be insured. Our rates are based on the
minimum Wages limit stipulated by the Government of Bangladesh and the security staff would be paid
an above average salary which would definitely enable us to retain qualified / quality personnel. 15%
VAT and any other statutory levies impose by the Government of Bangladesh are applicable for all rates
quoted and in the case of change in any of these the same shall be reimbursed to us.
6. Experience in the Trade
In Sri Lanka we provide security coverage to both leading Private and Government institutions, which
includes Commercial Bank of Ceylon, Standard Chartered Bank, British American Tobacco Company,
United Nations Agencies (UNDP, WFP, UN OSHAS, ILO, IMO, UNFP, Save the Children, and Terres de
Homes), McDonalds and Ceat Tire etc.
